Hello, I’m Patrick.
I love making the home sale process, easy. I explain the complexities of real estate in simple terms and work to help you navigate the process.
My appreciation for architecture and real estate started growing up as a kid back in Columbia, Maryland, a “planned community” designed by visionary James Rouse. His mid-century homes focused on well-connected neighborhoods while providing family privacy—this showed me how houses are more than buildings because architecture can inform how a home should be lived in. That passion for real estate expanded as I sold beautiful and significant architectural homes in Los Angeles for the past several years. I decided to bring my family closer to mine and my wife’s family and we relocated here to Arizona but am no stranger to the Valley. My father has been here since 1982 and I’ve long considered this my second home. I spent summer vacations at Lake Powell and on the local lakes to the metro area. I used to sit in Sun Devil Stadium and cheer on the Cardinals when they first got here and am still a diehard fan today. As my wife’s family moved into Mesa, Chandler, and Gilbert, I watched the east valley grow into the wonderful community it is today. And the magnificent architectural and mid-century properties in and around Scottsdale are exactly what I’m used to selling. Arizona is a perfect fit for my real estate experiences.
Patience, perseverance, and problem solving are cornerstones of how I’ll work with you. Laying out the situation, explaining the possibilities, guiding you through the (sometimes archaic) process, and negotiating on your behalf. As a family man, I can say—without hesitation—that my day job is easier than negotiating screen-time with my two boys! I’ll seamlessly help you find a new beginning or sell your current home as I enjoy educating and supporting you at each and every step.
